Session fees are payable before each session by cash, check, or Zelle.

I am not an in-network provider on any insurance plans but you may be eligible for reimbursement if you have out-of-network insurance coverage. When using out-of-network benefits, by request and upon payment, I will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company, who will then reimburse you as per your policy.
